How to Follow us Across the Pacific

There won't be anything too fancy in this post, because we won't be doing anything too fancy as we sail across the world's largest ocean.

To follow our progress, the best way is to check our blogs for updates. For my blog, you can sign up to get an email right in your inbox when I post. (Sorry, there won't be any pictures while underway, boooooo!) For Eric's blog, he is still old-school, which means you'll either need to click directly on his blog for updates (exhausting, I know ;) or, grab his RSS feed and follow him on an RSS reader. For those who want my RSS feed, it is here.

Additionally, and fingers crossed this works, you can go to our main page: www.the rebelheart.com and watch the little line moving south-westward as we sail across the ocean. We say 'fingers crossed' because Eric still needs to fix some code to ensure the tracking thingy will work, and it remains to be seen if he'll have enough time to get to it. Wish him luck!

Though we may not be able to respond to comments on the blog as we cross, hearing from people who follow us really is awesome. If you have been following this blog for years, or just found us recently, thank you for your amazing support and believing in this kick-ass dream of ours.

When do you cast off ? Are you still going to Punta de Mita first for a shakedown ?

Bon voyage! We'll be thinking of you guys! Do you have a HAM radio? If so, you can check into the PacSea Net and they'll post your progress online for friends and family to follow along. http://www.pacseanet.com/
